Access Design Solutions was involved in the development of the training programme and have delivered several of the training modules. Over the three years the programme has been running we have trained 40 young people. Before training started only 20% were in some form of access related volunteering or work, after Pathways this had trebled to 67% successfully working in the inclusion sector.
